Event Packages

How can I book a Photographer for my event?

 Select the category that best identifies with the event that you are holding, select which package suits you, and add it to your cart. When you are ready to check out view your cart and add the date & time (in the instructions box) you would like for the Photographer to be present. 

When will I receive my photos from the event?

All photo will be available within 24-48 hours.

What should I do if my event date has to change?


Contact us (yourpacephotography@gmail.com) at your earliest convenience to re-book your event. There will be a small fee of $50.00 if the date has to change 48 hours before an event.

 Party Rentals 

How will I get my rental item?

Each item will be personally delivered the day of the event, delivery includes complete setup and clean up.

Do the machines come with instructions?

Yes, all items come with instructions. Also during delivery setup, someone will show you exactly how everything works.

What if I have a problem with the item during my event?

Contact us as soon as an issue occurs and if needed someone will come out and fix the issue right away.       

When should I place my rental order?

We recommend that you submit your rental order as soon as you know the details of your event so that we may check availability of your desired rental items and delivery/pick up dates. Your order must be received and finalized a minimum of (2) business days prior to the delivery date for the order to be processed in our system. 

Can I make revisions to my order after it’s been submitted?

You may make revisions to your order by close of business two (2) business days prior to delivery. Should you need to make revisions less than two (2) days prior to delivery, please contact Customer Service at (yourpacephotography@gmail.com) for assistance. Additional charges will apply. Please note that all orders are considered final at the close of business (2) business days prior to delivery.

How can I get additional supplies for my rental?

Contact (yourpacephotography@gmail.com) for additional supplies. There will be a fee for add ons.

Basic Portraits 

Do you provide props? or do i have to bring my own?

Some props are available for rent during your shoot and yes you can bring any prop of your choice.        

Can I do multiple backdrop changes during my shoot?

Yes, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 for backdrop changes.     

I want the family portrait package, how many people can I bring to my session?

The family package includes 3 people, there will be a fee of $20.00 for each additional person.
